Hampton Inn York

I've stayed here twice and liked it both times! It's clean, and well decorated. Front desk members were all nice (and patient with me when I was half asleep haha). Also they had Halloween cookies for guests that they pointed out to me so I could get one (very appreciated). Breakfast is normal with stuff like omelettes, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, apples, bananas, etc. Coffee is good. There's a coffee machine and a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. The room I was last in had a mirror with three angles in the bathrooms, which is nice for makeup. Also there was a nightlight in the bathroom which is handy! Internet was good enough for video calling without issue. Overall it was a pretty normal/nice hotel. No bugs, no weird stains, etc. Only tiny complaint I have is that there's not a lot of parking in the front, but that's only an annoyance when I'm checking in. Otherwise I can use the side exits and whatnot. I'll stay here again :)

Hi! I stayed here for work for two weeks and I have to point out that Collin is literally the sweetest most accommodating hotel front desk receptionist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. GIVE HIM A RAISE! I as well as my co workers loved him. People like him are what great customer service is all about!

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, good variety and clean tables. Miss TAMAR does a great job keeping the kitchen and the dinner room impeccable for guests. Always with a big smile.

Please do not pay mind to previous posts regarding the state of the hotel. I just checked in, upon arrival staff was attentive, friendly, and warm. The hotel is getting a facelift but lucky for me, it’s mostly done. I read posts about dated rooms, dirty carpets, this couldn’t be the farthest from the truth. My room is newly renovated, everything in the room from the carpet, to bathroom, bed, tv, wardrobe etc is BRAND NEW. Outdoor pool area is super cute, and clean. The hotels location could not be better, many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. 10/10 will be back.

The staff was awesome and the rooms were very clean.

We had a group of about 30 rooms booked for a wedding. This place was recently renovated and was perfect. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and well laid out, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The included breakfast was way more than we expected. Even for those of us running a little late in the morning, the staff made sure everyone was fed. Highly recommend staying here.

Our room was newly renovated and it was nice! They were still under construction but it was no bother. All the employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed and booked with Hampton Inn for our wedding. Cindi was our point of contact and I cannot thank her enough for being responsive and helpful with any questions I had! We had an excellent experience and we would definitely book with them again.
